Purchasing our products is very straightforward. Simply follow the steps below:
1. Click on any of the purchase buttons you will find on our website: "Order Online", "Buy for €18", "Buy CREATIVIZA-T now" or "Buy CPQ [D&D]® now". 2. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you can choose a payment method: card or PayPal account. For your peace of mind, we would inform you that the payment will be performed via a secure payment gateway, which means that your data will be transferred using SSL encryption. 3. Enter all the details requested, the delivery and billing address, and make sure they are all correct. 4. You can then confirm your order and proceed to pay, as required. 5. A confirmation screen will inform you that your purchase has been successfully completed. You will also receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after your purchase.
You can currently make your purchase from any country.
We will aim to restock as soon as possible. If no stock is available, the website will inform you of this.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, contact us at the email address info@ucangetit.eu.
Yes. You can cancel your purchase of Creativiza-T or CPQ [D&D]® provided that the order has not been processed. Simply cancel the purchase process on the website.
Unfortunately you cannot cancel your order once it has been made.
CREATIVIZA-T only sells new copies in perfect condition, and so if for some exceptional reason you receive a faulty copy, please contact us at info@ucangetit.eu

You can pay with your card, or a PayPal account if you have one.
Your card could be declined for one of the following reasons:
• The card may have expired. Check that your card has not passed its expiry date. • You may have reached your card limit. Check with your bank whether the card has exceeded its purchase limit. • You may have entered some of the details incorrectly. Check that you have properly completed all the required fields.
Yes; the data are transferred using SSL encryption. The payment system will be conducted via the PayPal secure payment gateway.

Yes. Please specify the precise address where you would like delivery to be made when you place your order.
If you live on the Spanish mainland, delivery times are 5-7 working days, unless the order is made on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, in which case it will be processed on the first working day after the order is made. For destinations such as the Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it may take up to 10 days. For destinations outside Spain, delivery times could be 15-25 days.
2 Euros deliveries within Spain, 5 Euros for dispatch to other countries.
For information about your order status, please contact us at info@ucangetit.eu, indicating the receipt number stated in the confirmation email you received after placing the order.
You will receive your order in your letterbox at the home address you gave us.
- Returns
CREATIVIZA-T
Returns will be possible only if the copy of CREATIVIZA-T delivered to you was faulty. In this case, please contact us at info@ucangetit.eu, indicating your order receipt number and enclosing photos of the condition in which you received the book.You have a period of 20 days from when you place your order to inform us of the incident.
At the same delivery address you stated when placing the order. If you would like it to be sent to another address, please write to info@ucangetit.eu to inform us.

CREATIVIZA-T and U-CAN-GET-IT reserve the right to reject returns if we are informed or they are sent beyond the deadline indicated in this legal notice.
CPQ [D&D]®
Returns will be accepted only in the event of a technical error on the part of U-CAN-GET-IT in delivery of the service requested, and if they are processed within no more than 20 days of receipt of the order.
